You can book online any time via our website, or call us on (03) 9417 2023. For dental emergencies, please call us directly so we can prioritise your visit.
We're open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm; and Saturday, 10am–3pm, by appointment only.
Yes, we love welcoming new patients. Our New Patient Offer includes a comprehensive oral exam, a professional clean and polish, digital X-rays (if clinically required), a gum assessment, and an oral cancer screening, normally valued at $340, with $90 off for new patients without insurance. If you have private health insurance, we also offer a gap-free option so you may pay nothing out of pocket. As much as possible is completed within a 45-minute appointment; if you need further treatment, we'll always confirm the cost with you before proceeding with any extra work.
Please bring photo ID, your Medicare card, and your private health fund card, if you have one. It also helps to complete our online Medical History Form before you arrive so we have your health information on file ahead of your visit.
We don't process adult general dental treatment through Medicare, but we do support the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which provides eligible children with government-funded dental cover for 2 years. Yes. We accept all major health funds and offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming. We also offer Afterpay, so you can spread the cost of treatment into manageable instalments.
Early release of superannuation for dental treatment is available only in limited compassionate or severe financial hardship circumstances via the ATO, and isn't something our practice can arrange directly. We're happy to provide a treatment quote if you need one to support your application.
Dental Services
We offer general check-ups and scale & clean, resin and ceramic fillings, teeth whitening (in-chair and take-home), clear aligners and ceramic braces, dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, root canal therapy, extractions, dentures, custom mouthguards, occlusal splints, and sleep apnoea devices, alongside emergency and children's dentistry.
We offer both, but we generally prefer a gentle, gradual approach: we scan your teeth, then give you custom trays and instructions for take-home whitening a few days later. Whitening isn't suitable for everyone. We don't recommend it if there are signs of gum disease or decay, for patients under 18, or after many previous rounds of whitening. Results vary depending on your teeth and habits such as smoking, red wine or coffee.
Resin (composite) fillings are tooth-coloured and ideal for minor decay, while ceramic restorations (including our same-day CEREC crowns) are stronger and better suited to larger repairs because they brace the tooth against future cracking rather than simply filling the gap. Your dentist will recommend the right option after examining the tooth.
Yes. Using our in-house 3D scanner and milling unit, we can design, mill and fit a custom ceramic crown or onlay in a single visit, avoiding the traditional two-visit process that requires a temporary crown.
Yes, our dentists have placed hundreds of implants and completed extensive additional training in implant placement and restoration. The process includes a full consultation, a digital 3D scan, surgical placement, and a custom-made crown, all managed in-clinic.
Yes, we assess and remove impacted or problematic wisdom teeth, aiming for minimal discomfort and a quick recovery, with comprehensive aftercare support.
Yes. We custom-make sports mouthguards, night guards/occlusal splints for teeth grinding (bruxism) and TMJ pain, and mandibular advancement devices for mild-to-moderate sleep apnoea, all fitted using our intraoral scanners to ensure an accurate, comfortable fit with little to no adjustment needed.

Yes, we provide dental care for children, adults and seniors at every stage of oral health, and we support the CDBS for eligible children.

Dental Health
We recommend a check-up and clean every six months for most patients, though your dentist may suggest more frequent visits based on your oral health.
Your dentist will examine your teeth, gums and mouth, take any necessary X-rays, and provide a professional clean, all aimed at catching issues before they become a bigger problem.

Insurance & Payment
We accept all major Australian health funds and are a preferred provider for HCF, Medibank, NIB and Bupa. Bring your health fund card to your appointment so we can process your claim on the spot via HICAPS.
Yes, we offer Afterpay so you can split the cost of treatment into manageable instalments, with on-the-spot HICAPS health fund claiming.
This depends on your level of cover and your fund's rebate schedule. New patients with adequate dental cover may be eligible for our gap-free New Patient Offer. For any treatment, we'll check your cover and confirm any out-of-pocket costs with you before work begins.
Clear Aligners & Teeth Straightening
Clear aligners are best suited to mild-to-moderate crowding. For more complex orthodontic cases, we'll refer you to an orthodontist for collaborative management. We also offer traditional or ceramic braces as alternatives.
You'll wear each set of aligners for about 22 hours a day, changing to a new set every 1–2 weeks as your teeth gradually shift. In some cases, a short course of traditional braces is still needed at the end to finalise the alignment.
You may feel mild pressure for a day or two after switching to a new set of aligners, which is a sign they're working. However, clear aligners are generally far more comfortable than traditional braces.
Yes, using our intraoral scanning technology, we can capture a precise digital model of your teeth to guide and preview your treatment plan before you commit.

We're at 21 Victoria Parade, Collingwood VIC 3066, in the heritage-listed Irwell Terrace building. We welcome patients from Collingwood, Richmond, Abbotsford, Fitzroy, Carlton, Clifton Hill, Northcote and East Melbourne.
Yes, we're a family-owned practice that has served the local area for over 30 years, and our owners bring more than 20 years of combined clinical experience.
