We kindly request that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment. This enables us to offer the appointment to another patient in need and to manage our staffing and operational requirements effectively. We fully understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. However, these policies are in place to ensure fairness, to respect the time of our staff, and to safeguard the resources of the clinic. These fees are charged to help cover staffing costs and the ongoing expenses of running the clinic.
